2026 Mentorship Program Selections

The Federation of Bloodstock Agents Australia (FBAA) is proud to announce the selection of three mentees for its Mentorship Program, commencing 11 May 2026. Now in its third year, the program continues to serve as the industry’s leading formal pathway for aspiring bloodstock agents, providing structured professional development through face-to-face engagement and hands-on agent shadowing with FBAA members.

The 2026 cohort will gain invaluable practical experience at two of Australia’s most significant bloodstock events — the Magic Millions National Yearling Sale and the Inglis Great Southern Weanling Sale — working alongside respected FBAA members and developing the skills and networks essential to a successful career in bloodstock.

The applicant pool was highly competitive. The three successful candidates were selected for their practical horsemanship skills, genuine commitment to professional development, and passion for bloodstock.
