Mentorship Program Announcement

The FBAA is proud to announce the selection of three mentees to participate in the inaugural FBAA Mentorship Program commencing June 1st 2024. The foundation of the two-month program is to provide aspiring bloodstock agents with a formal pathway towards professional development in the bloodstock industry, whilst fostering education and encouraging best practice.

The FBAA has been impressed by the industry support communicated at the recent sales and looks forward to curating a curriculum that combines both practical and theoretical learning opportunities shadowing FBAA members at both the Magic Millions National Yearling Sale and Inglis Great Southern Sale. The applicant pool was competitive, and the successful mentees have been specifically selected for their practical horsemanship skills, commitment to learning and passion for bloodstock.

The successful FBAA 2024 Mentorship Program candidates are; Hannah Anderson, Jarrod Robinson and Rob Moss.

Hannah is currently studying a Bachelor of Business Management and Veterinary Technology and has had the opportunity to work with some of Australia’s leading racehorses whilst at Tony Gollan racing. Hannah will be based in Queensland with FBAA members Craig Rounsefell and Jim Clarke.
